Was very pleased with the excellent service. The technician came to our house the next morning after we called the reception desk based out of Vancouver. Ron was right on right on time and resolved our pest issue. He then went went through the property and figured out where the problem was originating from. The price for a single call out was very fair.

Zoran is our pest-control technician. He is always reliable, very helpful, and informative about the best way to deal with a problem. He has looked after our building for as long as we have been managing, since 1999, and always gives us friendly, professional service.
During the last summer we had an ant problem which Abell fixed promptly. So when we had a very BAD mouse problem this winter we contacted them again. We took a one year plan and quickly got the problem under control. The Abell Rep (Adrian Tyman) was very efficient, personable, and effective. His follow up visits are most helpful and we love his service.
For the past two years Abell Pest Control has provided me with pest preventative services. Route Manager, Adrian Tyman, successfully eliminated my mouse and rat concerns. His thoroughness and professionalism is to be respected and at the periodic inspections he does not cut any "corners" and when he leaves I am assured that there are no issues that have not been addressed. With the change in weather I noticed a single mouse in my home. I contacted Mr. Tyman and within 24 hours he was at my home, checking all the traps set around the property and setting additional traps where he thought the best chances were to eliminate this problem.

We had a problem with ants and was impressed whilst speaking to them on the phone as they were the only company who asked what type of ants we had and then promised they would locate the nest in the house. Within 24 hours George came round and made a very thorough job of investigating where the ants were coming from and sprayed inside and outside. We took out their yearly policy as they were very competitive compared to other company's and trustworthy, conscientious and friendly. Highly recommended.
