This Peregrine Falcon got into a little bit of trouble on a rooftop in Windsor, Ontario. Abell bird management expert Mike Kalas was on it and safely freed the bird and released it unharmed. Captive-breeding programs were used throughout Canada to help restore the populations of Peregrine Falcons until 2006. This program was phased out as the populations are either stable or increasing.
